Our SS Series SMD choke coils feature outstanding superimposition properties at high current, achieved through the use of assembled molded cores. Through high-thermal-conductivity filling resin and optimal structural design, these products are able to meet harsh thermal environments such as engine rooms and high-vibration-resistance requirements such as direct mounting in diesel engines.

Our core pressing machinery allows us to mold cores in a variety of block shapes. We are also able to perform edge-wise winding and other flat-type coil processing using our coil winding equipment, enabling reactors and other custom coils through assembly with the core.
